Seller

All purchases in this shop are made from Calypso Ventures GmbH, Bismarckstraße 10/12, 106​25 Berlin, Germany (see Imprint). Products are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfilment partner Printful.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown at checkout including applicable taxes; shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed on the secure Shopify checkout page.

Delivery

Items are printed to order and usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, inform us (support@calypso-commodities.com) by an unequivocal statement. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you including standard delivery costs without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification; we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Defects

Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and it will be replaced.
